1. Start with Small Discomfort
Don’t try big changes at once. Start simple and step by step: wake up early, speak up, try different path to your office, do little workout, try fresh fruits and veggies instead of junk, reduce screen time, make schedule…..
These little little changes give you courage to move foreword; towards discomfort. And day by day you get comfortable to discomfort.
2. Take One Action Daily
Growth doesn’t need motivation. It needs daily action, even if it’s small. Thinking of starting and actually starting both are totally different thing. Just take one step and carry on. In the starting, it is always difficult, uncomfortable and irritating because your brain has to work more(beyond your daily limit). Negative people have much negativity, they will give you distractions, laziness, comfort zone and they will restricte your progress.

Failure is not the end. You failed means you missed something that was necessary. Learn from it. Know what are the mistakes done by you, which give you failure. Work on it. Never repeat them.
